Payment of attorney fee is required before we formally take on your case and represent you.

The above attorney fee schedule is a "flat fee". If we agreed on flat fee for specified case, clients would not be required to pay hourly charges for the case.

Payment by credit card is available provided that our system doesn't accept dollar. In case you wish to pay by credit card, we will convert dollars to yen by daily exchange rate.

Please be advised that the Japanese court does not recognize the notion of “Loser pays” (losing party bearing attorney’s fee and other litigation costs of the winning party) and each party must bear own attorney’s fee.
